Receiving & Processing Information

Shortly after receiving the request for loss assessment and completing the analysis of the initial information, HTTS shall appoint technicians with appropriate professional qualifications to conduct a preliminary loss assessment.

FIELD SURVEY & DATA COLLECTION

Collect information, documents, samples and consult with the parties present at the scene.
Measure and collect technical data (of the damaged equipments compared to existing similar equipments), then make preliminary assessments of causes and extent of damage.

Technical analysis and reporting

HTTS conducts technical review and analysis of data collected and prepares a technical report.
The report states the developments, conclusions on the causes and extent of damage, and makes comments and proposes remedial plans.
